This notice has been prepared by LuinaSoft to inform visitors of luinasoft.com and people who contact us about how their personal data is processed, in line with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK").
Personal Data We Process
- Your name, email address and message content shared through the contact form.
- Information you share when you contact us by email, phone or WhatsApp.
- Technical records kept by the server for security, such as IP address, date and time, and browser information.
Purposes and Legal Grounds
We process your personal data only for the following purposes and on the legal grounds set out in Article 5 of the KVKK:
- Responding to your request, preparing proposals and communicating with you (necessary for entering into a contract, Art. 5/2-c).
- Keeping the website secure and preventing misuse (legitimate interest, Art. 5/2-f).
- Meeting our legal obligations (Art. 5/2-ç).
Sharing of Data
We do not sell your personal data or share it with third parties for marketing. Our website and email services run on the servers of our hosting provider in Türkiye.
Your data may only be shared with authorised public bodies where required by law. If you contact us via WhatsApp, your conversation is also subject to WhatsApp’s own privacy terms.
Retention
Contact requests are kept for up to 2 years after the request is concluded. Correspondence that leads to a business relationship is kept for the periods required by law. Data is deleted or anonymised once its retention period ends.
Cookies
Our website does not use cookies for advertising, tracking or visitor statistics. It only uses one essential cookie, "NEXT_LOCALE", to remember your language preference for one year.
Your Rights
Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to:
- Find out whether your personal data is processed and request information about it
- Learn the purpose of processing and whether data is used accordingly
- Know the third parties your data is shared with
- Request correction, deletion or destruction of incomplete or inaccurate data
- Object to a decision against you resulting solely from automated analysis
- Claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing
